Lombard Flower Shop by FLOWRBUD NETWORK provides online ordering and delivery of flowers and related arrangements in the continental US. We do not serve Alaska and Hawaii at this time.
3. User Responsibilities

- Delivery to churches, banquet halls, reception facilities and residences
5.2 Delivery Times
- Standard delivery: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
- Specific time requests cannot be guaranteed
- Delivery dates are guaranteed for flower services
5.3 Failed Deliveries
- Additional fees may apply for redelivery
- No refunds if delivery fails due to incorrect information
- We will attempt to contact you if delivery issues arise
6. Product Warranty

- Fresh flowers guaranteed
- Arrangements will match description within reasonable variation
- Colors may vary slightly from website images
6.2 Substitutions
- We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal value
- Substitutions may be necessary due to availability

7. Refunds and Returns
- Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- Photo evidence required for quality issues
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
